In our efforts to provide full transparency on each property’s progress to completion, please see below the estimated dates for all recently funded properties. Although we cannot predict time to completion, you may like to know our last 10 properties have taken 50 days to complete (from the point of fully funding on platform to going on the Resale Market).

- Bath & Oxford Portfolio: end of May 2019

- Holland Park, London
- Priory Road, Southampton
- Cranford Avenue, Exmouth
- Duffield Road, Derby: during the purchase process, the bank valuation required for our debt application determined the valuation to be £1.7m. Accordingly we have negotiated a reduction in the purchase price from £1.85 to £1.7m and reduced the rent received proportionally. Funds have been returned to investors. The dividend yield is unchanged.
- London House, High Wycombe: during the due diligence process, it came to light that the property could be subject to a Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO). Given the level of risk involved, and the subsequent impact on the value of the property, we have decided to withdraw from this purchase. Further information has been provided to investors.
