Very late in the conveyancing process, the seller disclosed new details which significantly impaired our control over the use of the building and the value of this investment.
PBSA Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1: Funding timeline has been extended to 28 September 2018 to allow additional time for a successful funding raise. This decision was based on feedback from clients wanting addtional time to review the opportunity following the summer break
Commercial property in Wyke Regis, Weymouth: This property was withdrawn from funding due to the vendor requesting a completion deadline we couldn’t adhere to. Investors in the property had the funds returned immediately to their available balance
