Lower fees: helping you keep more of your rental income

Lower fees: helping you keep more of your rental income

At Property Partner, we never make a promise that we cannot deliver on. Instead, we take the opportunity to surprise our investors with something better than they expected, wherever we can.

With this in mind, we’re delighted to announce that we will be reducing our official advertising, letting and management fee from 12.5% to 10.5% (+ VAT for each). In fact, we’ve been charging you this lower figure all along – despite a higher advertised fee.

Why you’ve been charged less and how this compares

Our aim is to deliver the efficiency of returns enjoyed by larger institutional investors. We have therefore been targeting 10.5% + VAT for the three services of advertising, letting and management, and have now established the scale that we can be confident of not making a loss at this level.

This compares extremely favourably to the fees charged by the UK’s largest letting agents:

With the support of you, our investor community, we can continue to democratise and professionalise access to residential property investment – giving all investors the power of scale that was previously only enjoyed by institutions.
